As the name suggests, the Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years Edition commemorates the 50th anniversary of the original 911 Turbo, with production limited to just 1,974 units in honour of its debut year. 

Codenamed 992.2, the upcoming Porsche 911 Hybrid sports car will get a retuned twin-turbo six-cylinder engine with an electric motor expected to draw power from a small, lightweight lithium-ion battery pack.

The Porsche 911 S/T has improved aerodynamics to enhance the car's handling on everyday roads. Special shore blue metallic paint with gold writing is included with the Heritage Design Package, evoking the look of the 911 S racer from the 1960s.

The new Porsche will take cues from the Porsche 911 GT3 Touring, adding to the ever-expanding 911 family. "ST" suffix was last used for lightweight racing vehicles in the early 1970s, so this Zuffenhausen vehicle would not be the first to utilise it.

Porshe has globally launched the 911 GT3 RS at Rs 3.25 crore (ex-showroom). The car comes as the ultimate track weapon from the brand with impressive aerodynamic capabilities and some more.

Porsche is all set to debut the 2022 911 GT3 RS on August 17. Reports suggest that the car is expected to output around 520bhp with major attention to aerodynamics and chassis improvements.
