Tata Curvv ICE Deliveries to Begin on September 12 in India
Tata Motors is set to commence deliveries of the recently launched Tata Curvv ICE on September 12. The bookings are currently underway for the SUV.
Tata Motors is set to commence deliveries for its ICE (internal combustion engine) Curvv on September 12, bookings for which are currently underway. The price announcement for the Curvv coupe-SUV took place on September 2 – the Curvv's introductory prices start at Rs 10 lakh and go up to Rs 17.70 lakh (ex-showroom). Note that these prices are valid for bookings made before October 31, 2024.
The Tata Curvv is available in four broad trims – Smart, Pure, Creative, and Accomplished. While Tata has yet to reveal the full price list of all variants of the model, the prices for the petrol-MT and diesel-MT variants start at Rs 10 lakh and Rs 11.50 lakh, respectively. Tata's new Hyperion direct-injection turbo-petrol engine is available with the Creative S variant and above, with prices ranging from Rs 14 lakh. As for the entry-level DCT variants, you will have to shell out at least Rs 12.50 lakh for the petrol version, and Rs 14 lakh for the diesel model. Prices for the turbo-petrol engine (with dual-clutch automatic) start at Rs 16.40 lakh. All mentioned prices are ex-showroom.

Tata Curvv ICE: Powertrain
The Curvv ICE sits on Tata's new vehicle architecture, ATLAS (Adaptive Tech Forward Lifestyle Architecture), which supports multiple engine options. It gets three engine options – a 1.2-litre direct injection turbocharged petrol engine (Hyperion), a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine (Revotron), and a 1.5-litre diesel unit (Kryotec). All three engines are mated to a 6-speed manual (standard), while a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox is available as an option.
Tata Curvv ICE: Features
Features-wise, the Curvv ICE gets a dual-tone interior theme, a panoramic sunroof, a powered driver seat, ventilated front seats, two-step recliner rear seats, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch infotainment screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a wireless phone charger. For safety, the vehicle comes with a 360-degree camera with a blind view monitor, six airbags (standard), an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, a tyre pressure monitor, and Level 2 ADAS.

The Tata Curvv ICE comes in the following colour options – Flame Red, Pristine White, Daytona Grey, Opera Blue, Gold Essence, and Pure Grey. It directly competes with the Citroen Basalt, which starts at Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
