Toyota Innova Waiting Period Reaches up to 13 Months in India
Depending on the variant, customers who reserve a Toyota Innova Crysta or Hycross in July 2024 can anticipate delivery in five to thirteen months.
The waiting periods for the Toyota Innova lineup have slightly reduced this month. Depending on the variant, customers who reserve the Innova Crysta or the Hycross in July 2024 can anticipate delivery in five to thirteen months. The waiting time for the petrol non-hybrid variants of the Hycross is around four to five months. On the other hand, the highly sought-after petrol-hybrid Innova Hycross still has a 13-month waiting time. The waiting period for the Toyota Innova Crysta was six months in June; however, it currently stands at five months. It is important to note that waiting durations vary, depending on dealers and location.

Toyota Innova Hycross, Crysta: Powertrain Options
The Toyota Innova Hycross is available with two engine options: a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder naturally aspirated (NA) petrol unit and a 2.0-litre four-cylinder strong-hybrid setup. When combined with an e-CVT gearbox, the strong hybrid system produces a combined power output of 183bhp, with the engine and motor producing 188Nm and 206Nm, respectively. On the other hand, the petrol-only variant has a CVT gearbox and generates 173bhp of maximum power and 209Nm of peak torque. The manufacturer claims that the fuel efficiency figures for the petrol and hybrid variants are 16.13km/l and 23.24km/l, respectively.
The Crysta has a 2.4-litre 4-cylinder turbodiesel engine, which produces a peak power of 148bhp and a maximum torque of 343Nm. For transmission, this unit employs a five-speed manual transmission. Note that the six-speed torque converter automatic transmission and the 2.7-litre gasoline engine are no longer offered with the new version.
Toyota Innova Hycross, Crysta: Feature Set
The highest-spec Innova Hycross hybrid model is equipped with features such as a panoramic sunroof, wireless phone charging, dual-zone climate control, ventilated front seats, a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment display, and a 7-inch digital driver's display. The safety suite of the MPV consists of six airbags, a 360-degree camera, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), front and rear parking sensors, and an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), which includes adaptive cruise control, auto-emergency braking, departure assist, and lane-keep assist.
Some of the standard features that Toyota offers with the MPV are interior-coloured door handles, a silver-adorned steering wheel, a wireless door lock with a jack-knife key, a speedometer with MID, manual air conditioning, black fabric seat coverings, three SRS airbags, compatibility for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, vehicle stability control, theft-prevention immobilizer, hill start assist, brake assist, seat belt warning, and ABS with EBD. On the other hand, the GX version of the vehicle comes equipped with additional features like a dot-style MID with driver data, a touchscreen infotainment system, and four speakers.
Toyota Innova Hycross, Crysta: Price Details
The top-of-the-line Toyota Innova Hycross ZX and ZX (O) hybrid models are priced between Rs 30.34 lakh and Rs 30.98 lakh. The prices of other variants of the MPV start at Rs 19.77 lakh and go up to Rs 27.99 lakh. Coming to the Crysta, the base GX (7S) costs Rs 19.99 lakh, while the top-spec ZX (7S) is priced at Rs 26.30 lakh. All mentioned prices are ex-showroom figures.
