Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder Waiting Period Reaches up to 65 Weeks in December
The waiting period for the popular Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder has been revealed for the month of December. However, it is important to keep in mind that this duration may alter based on a range of factors such as region, dealership, variant, and more.
The waiting list for their best-selling cars has recently been announced by almost all carmakers. Toyota India has disclosed that its famous Urban Cruiser Hyryder commands a waiting period of up to 65 weeks this month. The highest waiting period is for CNG versions, followed by Neo Drive (smart hybrid) variants with up to 48 weeks and full hybrid variants with up to 26 weeks. The Japanese manufacturer's Indian subsidiary offers the Hyryder in four distinct variants: E, S, G, and V. But, CNG is included with the mid-spec S and G models only. The current pricing of the Urban Cruiser Hyryder ranges from Rs 10.86 lakh to Rs 20 lakh. Both are ex-showroom prices. Among its rivals in the class are the Hyundai Creta, the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, the MG Astor, the Kia Seltos, the Honda Elevate, the Skoda Kushaq, and the Honda Elevate. Coming to the heart of the matter, the SUV offers a total of three power options, which include a 1.5-litre petrol motor with a smart hybrid unit, a 1.5-litre petrol mill with a CNG, as well a 1.5-litre petrol unit with a full hybrid system. Regarding features, the Toyota Hyryder has two themes: Black for the mildly hybrid versions and Brown and Black for the powerful hybrid model. A 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, paddle shifters, ambient lighting, smartphone and smartwatch connectivity, and ventilated front seats are some standout features of the vehicle. Wireless phone charging, a panoramic sunroof, and a heads-up display are also included. As for safety, the SUV is equipped with up to six airbags, ABS with EBD, a 360-degree camera, a TPMS (tyre pressure monitoring system), vehicle stability control, and more.

Toyota India November Sales
Toyota reported total monthly sales of 17,818 units in the last month. In comparison to 11,765 vehicles sold in the same period in 2022, it was year-on-year growth of 51%. Of the total number of sales, the automaker dispatched 16,924 units within the country and 894 units overseas, all of which were Urban Cruiser Hyryders. Aside from the Hyryder, the company attributed the sales success of the past month to the Innova Crysta, Innova Hycross, the Hilux, and the Fortuner. The company also experienced positive reservation responses for the Vellfire, the Rumion, the Camry Hybrid, and the Glanza.
