2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350 Launched in India at Rs 1.99 Lakh, Bookings Open Tomorrow
The updated Royal Enfield Classic 350 is now available in India at a starting price of Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike continues to rival the likes of the Honda CB350, the H'ness 350, the Jawa 350, and the Hunter 350.
Royal Enfield has revealed prices for the 2024 Classic 350 for India. The updated retro-roadster is priced between Rs 1.99 lakh and Rs 2.30 lakh (ex-showroom). It features slight visual improvements and seven new colour options while maintaining the same mechanical specifications. For the uninitiated, the Classic 350 had its last extensive makeover in 2021, which included the addition of a 349cc SOHC engine derived from the Meteor 350. Now, following the update after almost three years, the engine of the bike remains unchanged. For reference, the unit produces 20bhp at 6,100rpm and 27Nm of peak torque at 4,000rpm and comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. Read on to find out more about the new Classic 350.
2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350: What's Changed Cosmetically?
The Royal Enfield Classic 350 retains its predecessor's teardrop-shaped fuel tank, big mudguard, and round headlamp design. However, to alter its appearance a bit, the Chennai-based manufacturer has added LED lighting to the bike's components such as the headlight, taillamp, and turn indicators, among others. Interestingly, the 2024 Classic 350's LED headlamp is identical to that of the Shotgun 650 and Super Meteor 650.

The new Classic 350 can also be further customised in terms of colours, decals, upholstery, and logos.
2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350: Features
The updated Classic 350 now includes a gear-position indicator, adjustable brake and clutch levers, and a USB-C charging socket. However, the majority of these are only available with higher-spec models. The analogue gauge cluster and a digital MID (multi-information display) remain intact in the 2024 version, but top-spec variants now come equipped with a Tripper navigation pod as standard. Moreover, the digital MID now displays gear position.
2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350: Hardware
The bike's suspension system comprises 41mm telescopic forks at the front and twin shock absorbers with a 6-step preload adjustment at the rear. For braking, the top-of-the-line models get disc brakes at both ends, with dual-channel ABS. The lower variants, on the other hand, get a disc-drum combination with single-channel ABS. The bike sports 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoked wheels; only select variants are offered with alloy wheels.
