2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4R, ZX-4RR Launched in India, Prices Start at Rs 8.79 Lakh
The 2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR is priced at Rs 9.42 lakh (ex-showroom), up by Rs 32,000. It gets a new triple-tone Lime Green/Ebony/Pearl Blizzard White paint scheme.
Kawasaki has launched the 2025 iterations of the Ninja ZX-4R and ZX-4RR in India. While the 2025 Ninja ZX-4R brings a price change only, the 2025 Ninja ZX-4RR comes with a triple-tone Lime Green/Ebony/Pearl Blizzard White paint scheme along with a price revision. Price-wise, the updated Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4R and Ninja ZX-4RR can be had at Rs 8.79 lakh and Rs 9.42 lakh, making them Rs 30,000 and Rs 32,000 more expensive than their respective 2024 versions. The prices are ex-showroom.
Both bikes continue to use a BS VI Phase II-compliant 399cc, inline four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine mated to a 6-speed transmission and a slip-and-assist clutch. The slip-and-assist clutch is standard, while the higher-spec Ninja ZX-4RR also gets a bi-directional quickshifter.
2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4R, ZX-4RR: Output
The engine mounted on the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4R cranks out 39Nm of peak torque at 13,000rpm and 78bhp at 14,500rpm with RAM air intake (75bhp without RAM air assistance). The same motor on the Ninja ZX-4RR makes 39Nm of peak torque at 13,000rpm and 76bhp (without RAM air) at 14,500rpm. With RAM air, this power figure reaches 80bhp.

2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4R, ZX-4RR: Hardware
The standard Ninja ZX-4R features a steel trellis frame, suspended with the help of upside-down forks at the front and a preload-adjustable mono-shock at the rear. The ZX-4RR rides on a more premium WorldSBK-inspired steel trellis frame, with the suspension setup comprising inverted Showa separate-functioning forks with preload adjustability at the front and horizontal back-link Showa monoshock at the rear. The latter can be adjusted for rebound, compression, and preload.
Braking hardware is the same for both bikes – 290mm dual discs at the front and a 220mm disc at the rear, accompanied by dual-channel ABS. The disc brakes come mounted on 17-inch alloy wheels with 120/70 front and 160/60 rear tyres.
2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4R, ZX-4RR: Features
Both bikes offer all-LED illumination and a 4.3-inch Bluetooth-enabled TFT dash, which displays notification alerts and turn-by-turn navigation. They also get traction control, ABS, a slipper clutch, and four riding modes (Sport, Road, Rain, and customisable Rider).

The bikes have the same kerb weight of 189kg, seat height of 800mm and ground clearance of 135mm. They can hold up to 15 litres of fuel.
