Honda Two-Wheeler Teases New Scooter Launch for India, Could it be the 125cc Dio?
In terms of powertrain, the upcoming two-wheeler is expected to draw power from the same 125cc engine as offered with the Activa 125 and the Grazia 125, albeit with a slightly different state of tune to make it sportier.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India, the Indian subsidiary of Honda Motor Company, has released a new teaser video of its upcoming two-wheeler on social media, hinting that its launch is around the corner. And it is widely believed that it could be a scooter, probably the 125cc version of the Honda Dio, although the video revealed a little about the upcoming two-wheeler, which includes the exhaust note and exhaust heat shield.
A couple of days ago, the first teaser video was doing the rounds on the internet, giving away the floorboard of the two-wheeler, along with its side panels. Other similar design elements included its striking sporty graphics to appeal to young customers, a headlamp, and front mudguards. Besides, the teaser said, 'level up your style quotient', which again supported the theory that the new two-wheeler could be the Honda Dio as the word 'style' has been associated with the Dio. Or perhaps the new product could come as a special edition model of the Dio since the teased vehicle was seen featuring a sharp design with lots of colours.
