Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Facelift Launched in India; All You Need to Know
The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift has finally marked its entry to India. The hatchback now sports a redesigned exterior and interior for potential customers. With the Grand i10 Nios facelift coming our way with several updates, let's have a closer look at its different aspects.
Hyundai Motors India has finally launched the Grand i10 Nios facelift at an introductory price of Rs 5.68 lakh (ex-showroom). On January 9, 2023, the company commenced bookings for the hatchback at Rs 11,000 in India. The interior and exterior of the model have been redesigned. And it now also offers a choice of a new Spark Green colour, along with Titan Grey, Teal Blue, Fiery Red, Polar White, and Typhoon Silver. Also, there will be a dual-tone colour choice: Polar White with a black roof and Spark Green with a black roof. It sports a painted black radiator grille, LED daytime running lamps, a new sweptback design on the projector headlight, and R15 diamond-cut alloy wheels. Inside, the model comes equipped with a variety of features, including, voice recognition, an eight-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charging, and cruise control.
The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift has four variants: Era, Magna, Sportz, and Asta. All variants of the hatchback come with a 5-speed manual transmission and the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, which offers 82bhp and 113.8Nm, as standard. With the Magna trim, a 5-speed AMT transmission is available, and both the Magna and the Sportz trims can be had with a factory-installed CNG kit. The dual-fuel (petrol and CNG) engine offered with the model produces 68bhp of power and 95.2Nm of torque and is mated to a 5-speed MT. According to the manufacturer, both engine options are E20-ready.

On the safety front, the Asta trim now comes with curtain airbags. The dual front and side airbags are standard across the range. Additionally, the Magna, the Sportz, and the Asta models include a tyre pressure monitoring system, along with ESC and hill start assist. The top-spec variant also gets an 8.0-inch touchscreen with a smartphone connection, keyless entry, cruise control, auto climate control, auto headlights, and more.

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift will lock horns with the Tata Tiago, Maruti Suzuki Swift, and several other models. The hatchback’s prices for different variants can be seen in the following table. All prices are ex-showroom.
