New Kia Carnival: Appearance
The fourth-generation Kia Carnival, which received a global facelift in November last year, adopts Kia's latest design philosophy. Compared to the third-generation model, the new Carnival features a sharper, boxier design. It showcases Kia's signature 'Tiger Nose' grille at the front, complemented by vertically stacked LED headlights and unique L-shaped LED DRLs. In India, the MPV comes equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels.
At the rear, the MPV is fitted with L-shaped LED taillights connected by an LED light bar. The C-pillar includes a silver chrome accent that seamlessly integrates with the chrome trim at the bottom of the rear windshield. In India, the Kia Carnival is expected to be available in two colour options: Glacier White Pearl or Fusion Black.
New Kia Carnival: What's Inside?
Inside, the cabin will feature two dual-tone themes: Navy with Misty Grey, or Tuscan with Umber. Kia will likely offer the Carnival in both seven- and eight-seat configurations, with the eight-seat option featuring captain's chairs in the middle row, as indicated in a recent teaser. The teaser also reveals that the vehicle will have two single-pane electric sunroofs instead of a single panoramic sunroof. Additionally, the interior of the new Carnival will align with the latest Kia models, featuring a twin-screen setup with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment display and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster.
The dashboard will showcase a dual-tone design highlighted by yellow ambient lighting, with controls for the multi-zone automatic climate control and a premium audio system conveniently placed beneath the central screen. The sophisticated infotainment system will support over-the-air updates. Furthermore, the vehicle will include a 4.2-inch TFT instrument display, six USB Type-C ports distributed across all three rows, two power outlets, and two 115V inverters.
