Tata Curvv: Powertrain
The 1.2-litre direct injection turbocharged petrol (Hyperion), the 1.2-litre turbo-petrol (Revotron), and the 1.5-litre diesel are the three engine options for the Curvv ICE. The Hyperion is new to the range, producing 123bhp at 5,000rpm and 225Nm between 1,700 and 3,500rpm. The remaining two are already available for the Nexon, with power and torque outputs of 118bhp and 170Nm (turbo-petrol) and 116bhp and 260Nm (diesel). While a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission is optional, all three engines have a 6-speed manual as standard.

The Curvv's interior is comparable to that of the Nexon. However, it has more amenities than the latter and an assortment of interior colour options. Some of the notable features are a panoramic sunroof, a wireless phone charger, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay compatibility, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, multi-colour ambient lighting, a 9-speaker JBL sound system, ventilated front seats, cruise control and automatic climate control with rear AC vents.
Tata's SUV Coupe is also fitted with 6 airbags, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), level-2 ADAS, and a 360-degree camera for safety.
