The new Hyundai Creta, which reached an important milestone of one lakh units in July, has a waiting period of up to four months in cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad this month. While buyers in New Delhi and Patna can get the SUV in a month, customers in Bengaluru may have to wait up to four months. However, the average waiting duration is two months. The Creta has seven major variants: E, EX, S, S (O), SX, SX Tech, and SX (O). It is priced between Rs 11 lakh and Rs 20.15 lakh (ex-showroom). Hyundai recently launched the Knight edition of the Creta in India for Rs 14.51 lakh The Knight edition is based on the S(O) and SX(O) variants and has various exterior and interior enhancements over the standard Creta, including a blacked-out grille,17-inch black alloy wheels with red brake callipers, brass-coloured piping and stitching on the leather seats and gear lever. Hyundai Creta: Powertrain
Hyundai offers three engine options for the Creta: a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated (NA) petrol, a 1.5-litre diesel, and a new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol. The first unit (NA Petrol) delivers 144Nm and 113bhp, while the second one (Diesel) generates 114bhp and 250Nm. The third unit (Turbo-petrol), on the other hand, develops 158bhp and 253Nm. The available gearbox options are a 6-speed MT, 6-speed AT, iMT, CVT (iVT), and a 7-speed DCT.

Hyundai Creta: Features and Dimensions
The Creta SUV is equipped with an array of features, including a 360-degree camera, a tyre pressure monitoring system, an electronic stability program (ESP), an electronic parking brake, front-ventilated seats, a leatherette-wrapped gear shifter, an 8-speaker Bose audio system, more than seventy connected car features, a panoramic sunroof, and ambient lighting. It is 4,330mm long, 1,790mm wide, 1,635mm tall, and has a 2,610mm wheelbase.
