Mahindra XUV700 Attracts Discounts of up to Rs 1.50 Lakh in April
The Mahindra XUV700 offers two engine options: a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 2.2-litre diesel. The former produces a maximum power output of 197bhp and peak torque of 380Nm, while the latter belts out 182bhp and 450Nm of torque.
Mahindra dealerships across the country are offering massive discounts on the company's popular SUV, the XUV700. Interested customers can now take advantage of benefits worth Rs 1.50 lakh. The offers are applicable till the end of April. Since it first arrived on the market, the SUV has consistently been a popular choice, frequently resulting in lengthy waiting periods for buyers. Notably, the discount offers for this month are only available on MY2023 XUV700 models. There are no exchange bonuses or corporate benefits included in the deal—all variants just receive a cash reduction worth Rs 1.50 lakh. Furthermore, a cash discount of Rs 1.30 lakh is available for the AX5 five-seater petrol and diesel versions of the model.

The SUV offers two engine options: a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 2.2-litre diesel. The turbo-petrol setup produces a maximum power output of 197bhp and peak torque of 380Nm, while the diesel mill belts out 182bhp and 450Nm of torque. Moving on, there are two gearbox options: a six-speed manual or a six-speed torque converter. The more advanced diesel SUV models have the option of the AWD system.
Mahindra XUV700: Features
The base-spec XUV700 is equipped with a 7.0-inch instrument cluster, four speakers, tilt-adjustable steering, power windows, follow-me-home headlights, motorised wing mirrors, ISOFIX anchors, and an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system. However, it lacks the optional amenities of the AX3 model, which include an 8.0-inch digital driver display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, two additional speakers, LED daytime running lights, a rear seat armrest, and 60:40 split-folding rear seats.
Mahindra XUV700: Colour Options and Market Rivals
The Mahindra SUV is available in six different colour schemes: Everest White, Midnight Black, Dazzling Silver, Red Rage, and Electric Blue. Aside from this, the car recently got a new paint treatment in Napoli Black for all models. When it comes to market rivals, the XUV700 takes on the Tata Safari, Hyundai Alcazar, MG Hector Plus, Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, MG Hector, Skoda Kushaq, and the Volkswagen Taigun.
Mahindra XUV 3XO India Launch Soon
In other developments, the Indian carmaker is getting ready to launch the significantly modified XUV300—now known as the XUV 3XO—on April 29. Mahindra recently released a teaser video featuring a sneak peek of the revamped SUV. After going into production in 2018, the Mahindra XUV300 has not undergone any substantial changes. However, it will now be replaced by the upcoming XUV 3XO. It is expected that the model will sport a different look from the outgoing version and come with an enhanced feature set.
Under the hood, the car is anticipated to keep its current lineup of engines. It comprises a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol motor with 108bhp and 200Nm of torque and a 1.2-litre turbo-GDi petrol unit with 128bhp of maximum power and 230Nm of torque. Additionally anticipated to be available is a 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel mill, generating 115bhp and 300Nm of peak torque. On the transmission front, there is a six-speed AMT or a six-speed manual gearbox available.
