Nissan Magnite SUV Prices Increased by up to Rs 25,000 in India
Nissan offers the Magnite in several different configurations, such as the XE, XL, XV, XV Premium, Kuro Edition, and Geza Edition. In terms of pricing adjustments, all other variants—aside from a few chosen ones—have seen price increases ranging from Rs 1,000 to Rs 25,000.
Nissan India earlier revealed that it will implement a price increase for the Magnite SUV, the company's only model available in the market, last month. The carmaker has now disclosed the extent of the sub-four-metre SUV's price hike. The revised prices apply to all reservations made after January 1, 2024. The brand offers the Magnite in several different configurations, such as the XE, XL, XV, XV Premium, Kuro Edition, and Geza Edition. In terms of pricing adjustments, all other variants—aside from a few chosen ones—have seen price increases ranging from Rs 1,000 to Rs 25,000. As a result, the starting price of the Nissan Magnite now stands at Rs 6 lakh. On the other hand, the top-of-the-line XV Premium (O) version is currently available for purchase at Rs 11.11 lakh. All mentioned prices are ex-showroom.

Nissan Magnite SUV: Engine Details
Mechanically, the Japanese carmaker's SUV can be had with two engine options: a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated (NA) engine that produces 71bhp of maximum power and 96Nm of peak torque, and a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol unit that cranks out 99bhp of power and 160Nm of maximum torque. The 5-speed manual gearbox that comes standard with the turbo mill can be replaced with a CVT, which reduces torque output to 152Nm. It now has a 5-speed AMT option in addition to the naturally aspirated petrol engine.
Nissan Magnite SUV: Safety Net and Competition Check
The safety features of the Nissan SUV include electronic stability control (ESC), a 360-degree camera, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), dual front airbags, and a hill-start assist. The model's rivals include the Maruti Suzuki Fronx, the Hyundai Exter, the Renault Kiger, the Hyundai XUV300, and the Tata Nexon.

Nissan Magnite SUV: Feature Set
The Nissan Magnite has several enticing features, such as a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, auto air conditioning with rear vents, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and more. It comes in three dual-tone and five monotone colour schemes: vivid blue with storm white, blade silver, flare garnet red, onyx black, tourmaline brown with onyx black, vivid blue with onyx black (new), sandstone brown, and storm white. Moreover, it also has a cargo capacity of 336-litre.
