KTM 250 Duke Gets Discount of up to Rs 20,000 in December
KTM has confirmed that this limited-time offer on the 250 Duke is available only till the end of December or until supplies last.

KTM India is offering year-end discounts of up to Rs 20,000 for the 250 Duke in December, making it a more affordable option for riders. The 250 Duke, previously priced at Rs 2.45 lakh, can now be purchased for Rs 2.25 lakh after the discount. Both mentioned prices are ex-showroom. The Austrian bikemaker has confirmed that this limited-time offer is available only until the end of December or until supplies last. This streetfighter motorcycle is known for its strong performance and modern features, including a 250cc engine, LED headlamp, and a TFT display.
Design-wise, the 2024 KTM 250 Duke houses an LED headlamp with integrated pilot lights, elevating its bold streetfighter look. This innovative design not only enhances the bike's aggressive style but also ensures better visibility in low-light settings. The headlamp’s sleek form complements the motorcycle's striking and powerful stance. The latest discount provides a good opportunity for those looking for a high-performance bike at a reduced price.

KTM 250 Duke: Engine
The KTM 250 Duke is equipped with a 248cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine which belts out 30bhp of maximum power at 9,250rpm and 25Nm of torque at 7,250rpm, utilising ride-by-wire technology. For transmission, the bike has a six-speed gearbox with a bi-directional quickshifter for smooth, clutchless downshifts. It shares the trellis frame and cast aluminum subframe with the 390 Duke, ensuring superior handling and manoeuvrability.
Furthermore, the 250 Duke includes dual-channel ABS with Supermoto mode, a 320mm front disc, and a 240mm rear disc brake, mounted on 17-inch alloy wheels. There are two seat height options: 800mm and 820mm. Weighing just 163kg, the 250 Duke benefits from its lightweight design and a 15-litre fuel tank, enhancing its efficiency.
KTM 250 Duke: Features
The KTM 250 Duke features a 5.0-inch TFT display designed for a race-inspired experience, offering a large rev counter, lap timer, customisable ride modes (Street and Track), and a gear indicator. It also includes turn-by-turn navigation and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing the rider to pair their phone for music, and calls, and even connect a headset to the helmet. Additionally, there is a Type-C charging port. The bike has 4-way cube-shaped switches on the handlebars for user-friendly control.

As far as the market rivalry is concerned, the 250 Duke competes against the likes of the Bajaj Pulsar N250, Husqvarna Vitpilen 250, and Suzuki Gixxer 250.
